Why a content site should start with the blog

A content site is not a product homepage with a blog attached as an afterthought. The posts are the work. The landing page is the doorway you rearrange when the story changes.

This template treats that split as the default:

The blog lives in SQLite, with drafts, locales, excerpts, and FAQ blocks you can edit from /admin.
The landing page is a list of blocks in site.config.ts. Add a subscribe form. Drop pricing. Reorder features. Redeploy.

If you are cloning this for a magazine, a studio diary, or a research log, start by writing two real posts. Then change the name on the door.
